Supporting people leaving prison into housing (Fleet Suite)

A Talk by Maria Baranowski and Faye Thorpe

About this Talk

There is a vicious cycle between prison and release to homelessness in the community.

In this session, we will hear from St Martin's on their Rebuild scheme and Rushmoor Borough Council's Outreach team on their Prison Project, and learn how these innovative services are breaking the cycle of homelessness for people leaving prison through early intervention and additional support.
