The pandemic propelled the need to develop and adapt provision, and although the worst is behind us, the desire to progress remains - the Homelessness Winter Transformation Fund and the Night Shelter Transformation Fund has supported this.

Three unique services - Harbour Housing, Foxton Centre and Ferry Project - will share their story of transformation, and the lessons learnt and impact made.

The session will consider what is meant by transformation - is it local, individual, or organisational and showcase examples of success?
