Lyron has worked in housing for 14 years, starting as a Customer Service Advisor for a local authority. He has always been passionate about helping vulnerable people and giving everyone a voice and over the years has progressed into management to enable this passion to flourish.
Since 2019 I have been managing the Rough Sleepers Initiative and Housing First services for former rough sleepers across London. My housing management team at cover 12 boroughs across London and work alongside external support services to assist our residents to sustain their tenancies. Our goal is to create lifelong skills and techniques which will enable our residents to feel positively empowered, to eventually move forwards and live independently in the community
