Lucy Campbell has worked in the homelessness sector for 16 years, and is passionate about tackling the barriers and inequalities faced by people experiencing multiple disadvantage. From 2014 until 2022, Lucy worked for Fulfilling Lives in Islington and Camden (FLIC), a project working to change the way services are designed, delivered and commissioned to better meet the needs of people experiencing multiple disadvantage. During this project, Lucy led on a number of successful initiatives, including creating the Team Around Me case conference model, collaborating with Solace to design and pilot London's first Housing First for women experiencing domestic abuse, and collaborating with the University of York on an influential research project that explored women's hidden homelessness.
In June 2022, Lucy took on a new role as Head of Multiple Disadvantage Services Transformation at Single Homeless Project, a London wide charity supporting people experiencing homelessness, and recently took a lead role in the development and delivery of London's first Pan London women's rough sleeping census.
