Community Strategy and Improvement Manager, Crisis UK lead for Crisis' Built for Zero, a now international movement of communities working to achieve an end to homelessness that lasts and leaves no one behind.
About this speaker
Lisa is currently leading on Crisis' Built for Zero UK work having joined the organisation in 2016. With recent experience in homelessness consultancy services Lisa has worked across the UK with local authorities and their partners on improvement programmes including areas such as HRA implementation, homelessness services restructures and service "fall-out" issues.
Prior to joining Crisis Lisa worked in housing management for a northern housing association and with families facing eviction and children in care.
