About this speaker

Hayley is the Assistant Director of akt, the national LGBTQ+ homelessness charity were she manages the regional and digital services delivery teams. Hayley has worked in the VCSE sector for over 20 years primarily working with rough sleepers and sex work communities. She is currently a Truste for The Men's Room Manchester where she is passionate about staff welfare and ensuring the needs of intersectional young people are recognised and supported.  

Previously Hayley has been a Trustee of National Ugly Mugs, and managed and delivered services including outreach, needle exchange, sexual health, advocacy and case work. She is also a Clore Social Fellow in Homelessness funded by the Oak Foundation.
