About this speaker
Faye and Kirsty are the Outreach team for Rushmoor Borough Council. They started working for the Council in 2018, having both previously worked for Homegroup (who at the time had won the contract for Outreach). We set up the Outreach Role by shadowing other local authorities and adapting a suitable way of working. When recruited to Rushmoor Borough Council, they continued with the Outreach Role and were employed within the Housing options team.
